Josh. Josh. What's a Josh?
Peter O'Toole, legend of stage and screen, has
described Joshua as a "resourceful young man." The Minneapolis StarTribune
reported that he has "a flair for physical comedy." Michael J. Nelson
(Mystery Science Theatre 3000) has said that he "doesn't suck."
He has opened for Tom Jones at the Mirage in Las
Vegas, participated in the Fringe Theatre Festival in Edinburgh,
Scotland and touched Keith Richards in Fargo.
A seasoned veteran of Dudley Riggs' Brave New Workshop
(America's oldest continuing satirical comedy theatre), Joshua has
written, performed and directed such reviews as " Beanie Baby Barbecue,"
"Saving Clinton's Privates," and "The Phallic Menace" to name but
a few.
In 1995 Joshua was awarded an Emmy for his original
comedy program, "Le Faux Mise en Scene" (but if you ask the Academy
of Television Arts & Sciences legal thugs they will say he won a
"1995 College Television Award - Regional [Comedy]"), a television
program which he wrote, starred and directed.
(As an actor:) " Josh Will's dead-eyed man adrift
proves a nice fit for the material, whether he's playing hapless
foil orpoint man." (Ron Hubbard, Twin Cities Sidewalk, 1998)
(As a writer:) "Knows when to temper the frantic
pace with moments of seriousness…provides food for thought even
as (the material) delivers high entertainment." (Andrea Troyer &
Carolyn Petrie, Skyway News, 1998)
…that's a Josh.
